Downtown Essex Engagement Session: James & Cristina
James & Cristina’s downtown Essex engagement session was extra special because that’s where they met and got engaged! The Griswold Inn is not only where James & Cristina met, it’s where they got engaged. Naturally we had to go back to where the magic started for their engagement session. We started the afternoon in front of the Griswold Inn. The houses in the area are beautiful and some have white picket fences so we took a walk down the road. We made our way down to the Connecticut River Museum to take some images on the dock and in front of the building.
Los Charros Cantina
Then we took a little drive to one of their favorite restaurants, Los Charros Cantina in Centerbrook. They were very accommodating, allowing us access to the bar area for some photos while they were still getting set up. Going to a place of significance is one of my favorite things to do for an engagement session. Check out some more of my blog posts.
