P & A: Wayside Inn Wedding

Paul & Ailsa’s Wayside Inn wedding was nothing short of a great time! This was my first time photographing at the Inn and I can’t wait to get back there, hopefully soon.

It was nice to have a getting ready space consisting of 2 room which allowed everyone to spread out, I love when this happens. It was a beautiful room to photograph in with the antique furniture – it also helped that one of the bridesmaids brought a lot of lighting which made my life easier.

The chapel was just a short walk from the Inn and was a nice little space with great natural light. With the possibility of rain in the forecast, it was about 100 degrees with 99% humidity, I decided to drive just in case. These two had a really nice ceremony that was given by one of their family members making it extra special.

After the ceremony we took the family and bridal party photos out on the lawn utilizing the only shade that we had so that no one melted from the heat. We then headed back into the chapel to take some photos of just Paul & Ailsa before heading over to the Wayside Inn Gristmill which was just a short drive away.
