Maugle Sierra Vineyard Wedding
It was great to finally meet and spend the day with Dan & Erin for their Maugle Sierra Vineyard wedding! Living in Singapore must make it difficult to put together a wedding, but with Skype and great people on the ground here to help out it was amazing.
We started off the day at Up-Down Sawmill where we had the first look. I was fortunate to get there early and let me equipment adjust to the heat and humidity. Once I opened my bag and took out my stuff they all fogged up so having that extra time to adjust was great. I brought Dan down to a small bridge where he awaited his beautiful bride. I love first looks, it was a magical moment as they were both thrilled to see each other. After a few pictures around the area we went to Maugle Sierra Vineyards for the bridal party & family portraits and a few more on Dan & Erin before the ceremony.
I know a first look might not be the most traditional way of doing thing for a wedding, but when you fly half way around the world to get married you want to spend as much time with your guests as possible.
They had a beautiful ceremony overlooking a grassy field, surrounded by close friends and family. After some great speeches that had everyone laughing and crying at the same time, Dan & Erin had their first dance.
