Beautiful Spring Wickham Park Engagement Session
What a beautiful day at Wickham Park in Manchester, CT for an engagement session! The light was just gorgeous as it was nice, soft and warm. We started out using the sun as a back light to separate Jenny & Jared from the background. We explored the Greek garden which is one of my favorites as it is always beautifully maintained.
Wickham Park is such a popular location for weddings and engagements so we waited for some people to clear out before going to the Scottish Garden. The pillars in the garden are a lot of fun to work with. They create repeating lines in photos as well as leading lines.
The Lotus Garden has a great little pond! The bridge that goes over it is a tough one to climb. It is rather steep so if you go there make sure to wear appropriate shoes. The Japanese Maple tree provides a blanket of red behind people when they’re on the bridge creating such a contrast of color between the white bridge.
