B & A: Millwrights Tavern Wedding

Blake & Allison’s Millwrights Tavern wedding was absolutely beautiful!! This was my first time at the restaurant so I didn’t know what to expect when I walked in. When I got to see it all decked out with their beautiful floral arrangements I got so excited for the ceremony.

I got to start off the day with Allison and her bridesmaids at her house in West Hartford, oh and the 4 dogs that were there too! I love dogs so it was pretty awesome to be greeted with puppy kisses on a wedding day 🙂 The lighting in the bedroom where Allison put on her dress and details was just amazing so of course we just had to take some portraits in there before heading downstairs for the first look with dad.

Once everyone was ready we went over to Elizabeth Park for the first look with Blake and then some family portraits. The first look is always one of my favorite moments on a wedding day, the reactions are so genuine and priceless.
