T & K: Foundry Kitchen & Tavern Wedding

What an amazing couple to kick off my 2021 season with at Foundry Kitchen & Tavern!! The morning started out a little rainy but towards the afternoon it started to clear which was amazing. I arrived at the hotel where Kasia and her parents were getting ready and we started out with some details and getting her dress on of course.

I always love getting to the church a little early, it’s a must to check in with the people from the church to see if they have any rules but it’s also nice to come up with a few interesting angles or envision some images when there is extra time. After their ceremony we took the family portraits at the church before heading over to Foundry Kitchen & Tavern for the reception.

Foundry Kitchen & Tavern was such a neat little spot located right next to a river that had a little walking path next to it. As guests were arriving we ventured outside where there was a really cool fog over the land, probably because of the warmer weather, rain and the snow on the ground. This made for a very unique backdrop. The reception was  nice and low-key, I think around 25 people which made for some beautiful moments between the guests that were a pleasure to capture!
