What a wonderful day for Andrew & Danielle’s Riverhouse at Goodspeed Station wedding! We started the day at one of Danielle’s family members homes to get ready. This was a beautiful property with nice porches, which were a great spot for their first look. I love first looks and I can’t say that enough! They allow you the opportunity to take a majority of family photos ahead of time so you can enjoy cocktail hour, as well as have a private moment with your significant other on your wedding day. After spending so much time planning and inviting your closest family and friends it’s nice to have a little time alone.
We went down to Eagle Landing State Park which is a beautiful location on the Connecticut River that has a great view of the swing bridge and Opera House. This is where we captured the family photos and the bridal party photos. After a few of just Andrew & Danielle on the docks we ventured across the railroad tracks for some images below the Riverhouse at Goodspeed Station. This is one of my favorite locations to take couples when they get married at Riverhouse. The afternoon sun back lights couples perfectly with the flowing grass behind them.
Ceremonies at the Riverhouse are amazing! They are located on the outdoor patio covered by a beautiful white trellis. The ceremony is one of my favorite parts of the, another opportunity to learn more about my couples, especially when they write their own vows.
