C & B: La Bella Vista Wedding

Such a fun time at Chris & Bailey’s La Bella Vista wedding!! I’ll be honest, I was quite a bit nervous leading up to this wedding, not just pre-wedding jitters (yes after almost 10 years I still get those) but this wedding was on the due date of my son. Fortunately he came a little early so it all worked out, but I’ve never missed a wedding and it’s not something I want to do.

I arrived to La Bella Vista before Chris & Bailey so I could get everything set up – they were arriving with hair and makeup already done. When I got there the ceremony was set up for indoors which is a pretty spot but we were all hoping for outside. Fortunately for us the forecast started looking better was able to be moved outside 🙂

This was quite the day for first looks which I love! First up Bailey had a first look with her dad on the upper balcony area so no one down below would see. We then had her come down the stairs for a first look with her grandparents, if you’re considering doing this I would highly recommend it as it was a beautiful moment. Lastly we ventured outside for the first look with Chris. I am a huge proponent of first looks, especially for couples that don’t like being the center of attention, it allows them to have a private moment which are few and far between on a wedding day.
