K & N: Metro Bis Wedding

Kyle & Nicole had such a beautiful wedding day with their ceremony at The Riverview in Simsbury and reception at Metro Bis Restaurant. Like many 2020 couples this was not exactly the way they had pictured there wedding going but with indoor occupancy limits they made the change to outdoors.

It was a pleasure getting to know Nicole’s family through the process of planning and photographing her wedding. Since Nicole & Kyle are out in Colorado it was a little tricky to plan their wedding from afar but with family here in CT that was willing to help with vendor meetings it made it a little easier.

Originally the entire wedding was to take place at The RIverview but since they were unable to accommodate an outdoor reception to allow for more guests, the reception was changed to Metro Bis. This allowed them to have the larger number of guests outdoors under the tent. The food was amazing and even though it got a little chilly outside the tent stayed fairly warm with the heaters.
