J & E: Oakdale CT Backyard Wedding

Jeremy & Emily had such an amazing backyard wedding and celebration in Oakdale, CT with close family and friends! 2020 has been quite the year with everyone thinking outside of the box to be able to have their wedding during these times. These two built their own dance floor with concrete and built a roof to go over it, definitely something that would a nice addition to any back yard.

I started off the day with Emily and her friends as they got ready at the hotel. After having hair and makeup done it was time to get into her dress before heading off to their first look at a nearby park.

The ceremony was setup in front of a backdrop they put together in their back yard. They had a BBQ caterer that prepared the food on site which can be a little distracting at times as the smell drifts through the air.
