A & C: Coastal Engagement Session

Alex & Chelsey’s engagement coastal engagement session was quite the exploration! We started off at Harkness Park in Waterford, CT where we got to explore the gardens and of course check out the mansion. We decided to not go to the beach part of Harkness Park as we would be visiting a different beach later in the evening.

From Harkness Park we went for a little drive to Essex near the River Museum which is a beautiful spot, in fact all of Essex is very photogenic and has a lot of different backdrops to offer. There are white picket fences near the Griswold Inn, the riverfront area, as well as many historic homes that are just beautiful!

As sunset approached we took another drive to Old Saybrook Town Beach where we had a beautiful sunset! I believe the tide was out so it left us some pools of water that we got to use for reflections. My favorite spot from the session was the sand bar that they got to walk out onto holding hands and then do a lift which was just amazing.
