Book Barn Engagement Session: Kyle & Caroline

Kyle & Caroline’s Book Barn engagement session was one of a kind! I have driven past the Book Barn so many times and thought it was such a unique place to go. When Kyle & Caroline suggested it as a possible location for an engagement session I just at the opportunity to reach out and set it up. They were so accommodating and let us go wherever we wanted. I never knew that there were so many little buildings and outdoor book setups.

We took advantage of the rain holding off and started outside where they played chess, browsed the book collections and took in the atmosphere. The Book Barn has much more than just books, such as some animals, cats that wander around, and other activities.

We ventured inside where we got to explore all of the levels of the book store. We used some of the books as props which made for some funny and cute images.

After exploring the bookstore we went back outside only to find out that it was raining. Not a problem, we headed over to the Niantic Boardwalk with an umbrella to take a few more photos on the boardwalk, beach and rocks. It got pretty windy….the umbrella turned inside out with a big gust.
